Sitelink

An ad extension that incorporates multiple links within a paid search ad is known as sitelinks. In addition to the standard ad copy and call to action, sitelinks allow advertisers to include additional links such as to their current sales page or store hours page. Sitelinks are usually offered at no extra cost and operate under the pay-per-click (PPC) model, meaning advertisers are only charged when users click on the links.

Example

An example of a sitelink in a paid search ad for a clothing retailer might include additional links such as “Shop Women’s Apparel,” “Browse Men’s Collection,” “View New Arrivals,” and “Find Store Locations.” These sitelinks provide users with direct access to specific sections of the retailer’s website, enhancing the ad’s relevance and improving the likelihood of user engagement.
